on the pill! condoms?

i just started birth control recently and i've been wondering if I should still use condoms? my boyfriend doesn't want to use them anymore because he doesn't see the need and I don't either because there's a very low possibility of me getting pregnant, and it feels way better. so should i ditch condoms and be careful or still use them? edit: my boyfriend always pulls out

DO NOT DITCH THE CONDOMS! Your body needs time to adjust to the birth control. In my opinion you should wait at least two full packs before ditching them. Remember that even then it's not 100%.

Obviously no form of BC is 100% effective but the burden shouldn't fall just on you. Obviously it's your choice if you want to stop using condoms but if you want to be extra safe then your BF needs to suck it up and wear a condom. Also the pill doesn't protect against STD/I's but it's entirely up to you x

I personally used condoms in addition to the pill when I felt like I *absolutely could not* get pregnant, then ditched them when I was at a place where I at least would've been able to cope with being pregnant & having a baby but would rather wait. IMO two forms of bc is a smart move if you would want to abort/give up the baby in the event of pregnancy.
