i know it's important to tell my gyno that i am/will be soon sexually active. every time i go to see her though, either my dad or grandma is with me. so every time she askes if i am, i have to say no because my dad would KILL ME. (i'm 15, 16 in september; my boyfriend and i have been together for nearly two years)
side note: for some reason my dad won't let me go in there alone, i've tried and he won't let me ):

I would call ahead of time and tell them the situation that you don't want your dad in the room and to ask if your gyno would politely tell him to stay outside the room so that you two can speak privately . That way your dad sees it as your doctor wanting to speak to you privately instead of you "being secretive" and wanting to speak to your doctor privately .

Why would your dad bringing you to see a gyno at 15 if you are "not sexually active"? you don't see a gyno before you are 18 or sexually active. A gynecologist is a doctor specifically for the female reproductive organs, you do know this right? If you are talking about check ups and physicals that is not done by a gynecologist, that would be a pediatrician in your case or general physician.
