Working out while TTC
Hey all, so over the last 2 1/2 weeks I've been making it a habit to get more active. I would say I am either mountain biking (on gravel trails) or running 3-4 days a week. Tonight I tried kickboxing, I bought a 10 class trial to try something new. I plan to go 1-2 times a week. Is this going to negatively affect my efforts TTC or impact an early pregnancy? TIA!
