Is it weird to have a baby shower at 12 weeks? I am going down to NM (I live in CA) to visit my mom for her birthday. She wants to throw a baby shower for me because it will probably be the last time we go to NM until well after the baby is born. And all my family is from there. There are already 40 ppl on the guest list. I know I won't know the gender or anything like that, but she really wants to do this. She'll be 60, she's had 5-6 strokes, and I am her only child and this is her first grandchild. Would you attend a baby shower for someone only 12 weeks?
