Tubal Pregnancy

My period was 3 days late. I took a test and it was negative. Now day 2 of my period and I'm having really bad pains on my left side. I haven't really felt it before. I had an emergency csect, planned csec, and a vba2c. A week ago I was having cramps that could rival labor pains. Could it be a tubal?
