Just wondering

I just had a D&C; on 7/11/17. I know when it comes to sex I have to wait two weeks (sucks but I get it). I am going to talk to my doctor this Thursday at my follow-up about when my husband and I can start trying again.

What I am wondering is how long did you ladies wait until you started trying again? I have been back and forth about giving it some time or kind of jumping back into it or if it happens it happens (until we are ready to TRY).

**UPDATE (7/20/17)**

Had my followup appointment today. Doc say we can start trying again after I get my first cycle. We also talked about why I miscarried. He said the baby looked to be a healthy size for 9 weeks old (I was supposed to be 11w5d). It was just a fluke. No rhyme or reason.
