Ever since I went off of the pill I don't really get cramps before my period but instead during the middle of my ovulation window. I've never experienced them until I went off of the pill and they're pretty painful. Anyone else experience this? I googled it and apparently it's somewhat common. Also just a side note I'm not on any form of birth control. Just withdrawal (which I know a lot of people on here don't count as birth control but whatever!)
