Horrible cramping in my back, groin and thighs with tightenings, every 5-8 mins or so, had to take painkillers and squeeze hubby's hand... Been 2 hours so far after 3 days of braxton hicks... This hurts!!! Is it when they get to 3 mins apart that you go hospital? We live 30 mins away
