Spotting ?

Not sure what's going on w me ? I spotted for 2 days about 2 weeks ago , the yesterday I spotted only for about 3-4 hours then it stopped then today I started spotting again but it stopped 😕 Also I am 9 days late , does anyone know what this could be ? (All days I spotted , it was a very light pink)
