Dated, broke up, and still are best friends. I don't agree with people when they say "don't risk losing the friendship", if you are truly best friends, dating wont end your friendship. (8 years of friendship - still going strong!)

I can't speak for everyone but it's honestly the best thing I've ever done. M & I were best friends for 2 years before we started dating & next month will be our 6 year anniversary 😊
