I'd say a pearl this Is my daughter's first tooth that just broke through but even before it came in it showed under her gum and it was a straight white line that couldn't be felt

I would personally say it looks like a pearl to me just because of how round it looks. baby teeth usually look long and skinny when they are growing in because the top of their teeth are very narrow and kinda sharp at the top.
