So about two and a half months ago, I dislocated my knee & tore my PCL playing sport. I've only just begun rehab and everything's going well, except for the fact that while I was out, I began comfort eating and gained a few kilos due to not being able to do anything.
I'm thinking about starting a diet to get back on track with my health & lose some kg's while slowwwwwwwwly getting back into running and stuff.
Are there any suggestions on what to add to my diet or any diet plans which are useful?
