bbt adjuster

what do you ladies think about adjusting your bbt when your wake up time fluctuate I usually wake up at 6 in the morning to take my temp but husband wakes up at 5 so for the last two days I've woken up at 5 and my temps are a little low so I do the temple adjuster and it sets it up for instance today my bbt was 97.75 when I use the basal body temperature adjuster it adjusted it to 97.95 which would be my waking temp at 6 what do you think about it let me know ladies I'm wondering if I should use it or not
