Dirty Pacifier?!

I have this MAM pacifier that clearly has dirt or something inside of it. Is there anyway to clean it or should I just throw it away? None of my other ones have ever done this before. Thanks!

Mold. Throw it out. It's not like they're $5000 to replace. Not worth the risk.

I noticed after washing one of my MAM pacifier that it had water trapped on the inside. I tossed it.

I would throw that away. But when you wash them, if you squeeze the nipple a few times you can make sure you get all the water out so that doesn't happen.
