Do you agree?

I'm not sure if this has been talked about, so sorry if it has. I was on Pinterest yesterday and came across an article about a bill passed in Texas at the end of last year. It protects doctors from lawsuits when they withhold information about the health of a baby that may or may not lead the parent to choose to terminate a pregnancy. This has been common among doctors that are pro-life and don't believe the parent should terminate. This is NOT in regards to pro-life/pro-choice. My question is: Do you think it is EVER okay for a doctor to withhold any information from the patient for their own personal reasons? Other examples: Vaccines, Circumcision, blood transfusions, and other treatment options.
