Fear of working out while TTC/early pregnancy

Hi ladies! We've been TTC #2 for a year and a half now and had 2 MC within that time span. Because of this I now fear working out as soon as I hit my two week window. I'm not a crazy fitness person to begin with, but I try to go to the gym 2-3 times a week mixing up cardio and weight machines. Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions? I want to have a healthier pregnancy next time around because I was a lazy blob with my first lol
