Bringing on a period
Hey ladies
So long story short, I've booked a last minute trip to Bali for a R and R holiday with my mum after dealing with a death in the family 💔
My apps all say I will get my period 2 days into my holiday and we're only going for 5 days ....
Im not on any contraception so I can't take sugar pills or anything to have one now instead, is there any tricks I can do to bring my period on early ??
I leave on the 31st of this month ❤️❤️
