Will my multivitamins help me get pregnant if I have irregular periods?

I have had irregular periods for as long as I can remember. I am now trying to conceive at the age of 26. I am taking one a day multivitamins and geritol. My question is will those vitamins increase my chances of conceiving? Does anyone have a clue?

No they don't increase your chances of conceiving. But I would suggest switching to a prenatal vitamin. So when you do get pregnant you and baby will be properly supplemented. High in folic acid and DHA are things to look for which are not always in a regular multivitamin.
