Could I be pregnant?

So little bit of a backstory. I had nexplanon for 2 years. Was bleeding for 9 months straight on it. Had it taken out last December and switched to the depo shot. I had only one shot the same day I got the implant out and was bleeding for 2 straight months after depo. So my last period was around April 22nd. Nothing for May and then June 2nd I started bleeding for 2 and a half weeks. Went to the doc. Said I had very little lining on my uterus from bleeding for so long on the birth control I was on. So she put me on sprintec. Had unprotected sex about 3 times this month. And I'm on my 4th day of the white pills at the end of the pack and I still haven't gotten a period. I've done a lot of research on having little to no lining on your uterus and it says it can cause infertility issues so with that would there still be a chance I could get/be pregnant?
