How the H#*%? Am I meant to do that?
I'm struggling guys... like I'm getting frustrated with this whole BBT shit. I set my alarm in the morning at 5:30 because any later I end up waking up and forgetting. So I set my alarm but my body seems to end up waking up like a different times earlier and I move around in my sleep and forgot I was meant to take my temperature?? Any tips for making it a constant thing without a struggle? I really need to track!!!
