Mexicans pacifiers

My mother went to Mexico and brought me Mexicans pacifiers since my baby can't live without pacis I' wasn't sure 🤔 if it was okay he seen where I put them n he pushed a diaper box and reached the pacifiers once I seen what he was doing I looked n he was already sucking on one😒🤦🏼‍♀️🙊!should I just leave him keep it ?anyone used this before ?do they pop?they have honey 🍯. He is one year old
