I hear women saying all the time talking about standing on their head or holding legs up after sex when ttc. Everything I read says sperm go where they need to go within seconds of entering the vagina. My question is do you really need to lay there or hold your legs up after sex or are you good to go ahead and clean up in the bathroom? This is when you are TRYING to get pregnant.
