i stay very active... we go on walks up to 4 times a day...household responsibilities along with caring for my children take the rest of my time

I used to have a high paced job that required a lot of mental engagement. I miss it. Nowadays I help run a website as a volunteer admin and moderator, I bake, I cook and I play with my kid a lot. Try to get out into the fresh air at least once a day. It has been an adjustment and there are days where I would give anything to be back in boring meetings and conference calls but then I have a cuddle with my kid and it gets better again.

Still working on that after 3 years smh.  I liked working like 2-3 days a week at sprouts to get away and make money at the same time. but i usually just go to target alone for walking sake even though I don't buy anything unless its on cartwheel or clearance lol
