cramps & more cramps. oh the pain is unreal.

Feel like I'm having a period but no bleeding & very light pinkish brown discharge. Nothing huge. But I definetly feel like my organs down there are gonna fall out. This is unreal severe pain!!!! Like I'm tempted to go to the hospital I hurt so bad. It's like all on my right side this time instead of left sided pain when I had my cyst. My period is over a week late & im on depo for a month now but had sex right round the time I got it. So I don't know. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
