Diarrhea with endo?

Question

Have had pain/nausea/diarrhea for years. Finally found out this month it was stage four endo and had surgery last week to get rid
Of it and also many chocolate cysts on my right ovarie. Ttc now and hoping it happens this month! Send good thoughts my way! 
Has anyone had painful diarrhea as a symptom? I still have some bad stomach days since the surgery and hoping it's just healing and will get better.

Yes I also had that symptom! I had surgery last month and i havent had one episode since. But before it used to alternate of constipation and painful gut wrenching diagrrea. Hope your surgery makes you feel better. Good luck TTC 💖

Yes! My dr said its because the endometrial cells are outside the uterus pushing on your guts (rectum, colon, etc). Hurts like hell. 
I read an article suggesting women with endo take high doses of melatonin nightly, 9mg. I did this for three or four months and haven't had any endo symptoms for over a year.

Omg I always thought I was alone with this situation. In the beginning (before my lap and diagnosis) I started on my 3rd day of my period having terrible stomach pains that would make me feel so nauseous that I would be on the toilet (with diarrhea) and a trash can in front of me so I could vomit at the same time. Once I was on the lo seasonique my 2nd doctor suggested all my "episodes" as I called them went away. Since I've been off of the BC due to TTC I have had 3 of these episodes usually the week before AF is suppose to come. Thankfully I haven't had one since January but it's nice to know I wasn't crazy thinking it was part of my stage 4 endometriosis.
