Pregnant after a MC

AF is 2 days late. Plan on taking a test Sunday morning if it doesn't show. My question is for anyone that has been pennant after having a MC. What were your restrictions if any, and for how long during your pregnancy? I'm hopeful that I'm pregnant. But scared to MC again. I want children so badly.
