Eyeliner

What brand has the bestttttttttt black eyeliner that doesnt crease , gets crusty or doesnt fade after applying it ?! It can be gel liner or liquid ! I use the boot bblack liquid mac eyeliner and it fades and gets crusty and i dont like it 😒
