i have a question, and i have no clue what do to.

i've never had sex, i'm a virgin. my boyfriend has had sex with other partners, but his penis has never showed signs of this. i've never, ever been with anybody else. again, i'm still a virgin myself. his penis has touched my vagina (as a tease) multiple times, and nothing bad has happened before. we've been together for almost a year now.

but as i was shaving, i was checking if i missed a spot, and i felt a small lump on my left lip. i've never had an ingrown hair, but i do recently recall getting bit multiple times by mosquitoes last night, and the night before. i wasn't wearing any panties, just basketball shorts. i only felt it when i was shaving, so i don't really know. it itched just a bit, but it immediately went away. i just came home from sleeping at my boyfriends house for three days, and again, i haven't felt it until now. there's no pus coming out, and it doesn't look nor feel like a wart. i don't know what to do, i'm just really paranoid.
