Embarrassing question..

Let me start off by saying I have no STDs or anything to that matter. I've been checked multiple times over the years, just for precautionary measures.

Okay, I get what I want to say are miniature boils (or miniature cysts maybe) on my inner thigh & embarrassingly enough my butt crack constantly. I've just recently started getting them in my butt crack about a year or so ago. But I've gotten them on my inner thighs as long as I can remember. Ive had hundreda, literally. I have scars all over and multiple active ones constant.I'm a very clean person, I shower once to twice a day. I just can't figure out what's wrong with me? They make feel disgusting and gross. I dread taking my underwear off. Does anybody else get these? Or know how to stop them? ):
