Exercises to stay lean during pregnancy 🤰🏻
So since I found out I was pregnant 4 weeks ago I like completely stopped my workout routine. I've been walking here and there but I haven't been feeling too great so getting rest was my main priority.
My first pregnancy I gained 28 lbs and want this pregnancy to be healthier. I'd like to stay lean but obviously don't want to overdo it especially since I completely stopped exercising.
What are some safe exercises to get back in the game? I'd like to have lean beautiful legs and toned muscles and a healthy weight gain. Thanks ladies ❤️
