Af again HELP!!!!!!

I'm ttc and have been for two months now in which I know isn't long, but still she came and I don't know if it's him or something we're doing or what. I've checked with my doctor and she said I'm perfectly healthy for a child. Any tips for conceiving? Positions? Diet tips? Cheap stuff to help? Anything?
