I came here just to vent mostly. I've had a lot on my mind, and have been very stressed. Me and my fiancé moved from Texas to California where he had a good job making decent money , and I had just graduated high school a year early my junior year. We wanted to come to California because his immediate family is here and I wanted to meet them all , plus college is A LOT cheaper in California. But the move has been AWFUL. We've been here for a year in Marysville California (30 minutes away from Sacramento) and it's pretty bad. We haven't been able to find any type of job. Even fast food places wanted us to have 4 years of experience (for McDonald's guys REALLY!).

We were only planning to move here and got to community college for a semester and work , and then move out of his parents house. We haven't been able to do anything. Our only form pelt income has come from my dad paying child support when I was still 17 (turned 18 in April) and FASFA checks. It's been pretty rough. We were buying everything in bulk and trying to make sure we always have everything we need, but sometimes you just want things. I guess after being here for a year I'm just missing Dallas where it was so incredibly easy to find a job. I still have hope though!!
