How are you announcing?

Question

Have you all decided how to tell friends and family that your pregnant? I think ill tell my mom in early august when im about 6 weeks since it falls around her birthday but not sure how to do it. 
Any ideas or suggestions?

We've had a lot going on in our family with my mother inlaw recently being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer so we decided not to wait to tell them to bring some happiness to the family. So yesterday was my sister in laws birthday and we told her we got her a cake and surprised them.

We told our parents and big kids together. Went to dinner. Gave them pacifiers and a note in a small gift sack.

I want to get a onesie for my almost 5 month old that says- oops, they did it again 😄 this will be my fourth and last baby 💕

Hubby and I are going to get shirts made that say "Daddy to be" and "Mommy to be" with little feet on my tummy with the due date. We will be at my families lake house on Labor Day weekend (I'll be 12-13 weeks at that point) and when everyone is together for breakfast in the morning we are going to go put out dogs away while we eat and put these shirts on and go to breakfast and see how long it takes someone to notice.  
We will do something similar for my in laws.  Just trying to figure out the logistics of it all! 
For work we are going to order some cute cookies that are baby items and one that says my due date and stuff on it.

We bought onesies for each of our parents.  
Telling my mom next week at 6 weeks. 
Husbands parents at 7 weeks (I wanted to wait until 8 but his dad is having a surprise party in early August and hubby really wanted to tell him as we're cleaning up the party- one more surprise!) and telling my dad at 8 weeks (family business, we have a big project coming up and I don't want to tell him until after it's done.)
Hubby kind of wanted to have a family dinner and tell all of our parents at the same time, but my parents are divorced and even though they're cordial it can still be awkward sometimes.  Decided it would be more special to tell everyone separately and let them have their own moment.
We dont plan to announce to friends until the twelve week mark.

will this be her first grandchild? I saw a cute way of taking a box and writing what do I call you on it and inside is hello my name is stickers with nana, Grammy, ect. 
when we tell my husband's parents we want to make up Fortune cookies that say we see a baby in the future.

told my mom the other day. printed out a photo of my pregnancy tests and attached it to my dogs collar. then let him run to greet her with it. 
having a family get together when I'm 9 weeks. my sister and her family live west coast, we live east coast. I know it will still be early but I would rather tell them in person than over the phone! then swear them all to  keep it a Secret. 
I'm going to make a shirt for my two year old niece that says I have a secret on the front and on the back say I'm going to be a big cousin. then just see how long it takes for my sister and dad to see it!
