I love my 4 year old Maltese dog Sophie but during my pregnancy I've notice how much she barks. I'm worried she'll constantly wake up the baby with her high pitched bark. She sleeps with us in the bed but when we wake up in the morning she barks at us (excitedly) like she hasn't seen us in days lol. Also when we get home from work and literally any time we are standing up she barks at us to play. Anyone have any tips on how to lessen this? The only thing that has worked is telling her to go lay in her bed until she calms down but even that doesn't work every time.
