Need advice on combating a cold
Hello Mammas,
Woke up this am with really sore throat. Am hoping it's just allergies and not an oncoming cold. Any advice on what is safe to take?
I normally take elderberry and oil of oregano (all natural medicine when sick) but I am nervous to take anything while pregnant. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much! :)
