Spotting or period?

So my son will be 14 months next week and we're still nursing. I have not had a PP period yet.  I have been watching cm/cp for signs I may be ovulating and I thought I ovulated on June 20th but then had spotting on the 29th for 2 days  I thought may be implantation bleeding but all tests were ➖. Could that have been my 1st period? Anyone else have similar experience

I am in a similar situation as you. Did you get a positive test or did it turn out to be your period? I'm 12.5 month PP with no AF yet. I'm 8 dpo and had some sporting, very light, and cramps. Not sure if period is coming back or implantation bleeding but getting negative tests.
