Small perigestational/subchorionic hemorrhage?

I'm 6 weeks I went to the er with terrible cramping and back pain. I was told there was a small sack no heart beat yet which is normal at 5 weeks 6 days but on my report they put I have a  Small perigestational/subchorionic hemorrhage I'm just so curious as to why this wasn't brought to my attention. All my bleeding has been brown blood but still

At 7w3d I went to the hospital because I was bleeding and passed a quarter sized clot and I had a subchorionic hemmorhage. I didn't know that's what I had until I came into work the next day and looked at my chart (I work at the hospital) and saw that's what they read my ultrasounds as. I now have a healthy 8 week old.
