Postpartum blood clot smells nasty

I just had another clot come out the thing is it isn't big it's bigger than the one I had a few days ago so it's kinda small but the thing is that it smells nasty the one I had a few days ago smelled like blood this one I can't even describe but it made me gag

I'm calling my drs office and they don't answer ugh I'm son nervous

I am 11 days postpartum and it scares me because when I had my baby my placenta didn't come out quick
