I am a very jealous person and it is a massive flaw of mine that I want to try and work around. I have been with my boyfriend 8 month and he is such a trustworthy person, he is massively against cheating and I know 100% he wouldn't. He is completely faithful. But from past relationships, not just romantically, I've become prone to be untrusting of anyone with someone else. I really hate it and I try to stop it, it does become a real problem. There can be a situation I've no need to be jealous over and my mind can sure as heck find a way to be jealous. Any tips/advice on how to get over this. I am my own worst enemy and it's beginning to effect me personally emotionally, it really gets me down and I want it to stop. Thankyou if you read and reply with support X
