Mis Period

My Dr told me I couldn't get pregnant anymore I had my tubes tied and I got pregnant then the Dr told me that they cut them so I can't ever get pregnant that was done in 1998. My two children are 19 and 21. I am 46 now I had a miscarriage two months 5 month s ago. I didn't even know I was pregnant because I kept getting my period. Now my period was supposed to come on July 11 it's never been late before. I don't know if I am going through menipause I don't have any systems. I went had a a blood pregnant test done so I will see what's going on.
