Tears in your you know where!

​Okay so I'm not talking about tearing during child birth but rather during sex. I used to have about a 3 inch space from the bottom of my vagina to my anus, now it's only about half an inch left and this has happened in about 6 months. I am not sure why I am ripping so easily and yes I am wet when we are having intercourse! Do I need to be sewn up again or am I fine?
