Typical meals for 7-8 month old?
I ebf until six months then started solids. What type of foods/meals do you feed your baby? My son is 7 1-2 months old and my pediatrician said he should be eating breastmilk six times a day and three meals of solids. I give him oatmeal mixed with fruit in the morning and a fruit or veggie and lunch and dinner but I feel like he should have a heartier meal. What is everyone else doing? Tia!
