Zoloft for anxiety

I've struggled with Anxiety for years but haven't taken anything for it.. I finally told my doctor, at 23 weeks, about how horrible I've been feeling for the past few months and he's prescriping me zoloft. I know it's safe to take while pregnant but now a part of my mind is mocking me that it's proof that I'm broken and I couldn't stay strong anymore. This pregnancy has been so hard on me, on top of life's woes in general, and I just want to be done ☹ can Novemeber get here already?
