Does this look normal for 12 weeks??

Everyone keeps saying it looks like twins. The ultrasound tech didn't say anything but she moved around like she was looking for something for about 20 minutes.

It looks like one baby. I'm expecting twins and you can definitely see both babies veeeery clearly (if there were two in there)

it looks normal to me and not like twins the left is the head and the bottom blob is the body I believe. The tech was likely doing measurements and such and looking at your ovaries. This is my 10.5 week one if thay helps. Same here left is the head right is the body and then a little hand waving lol. But I'm not an ultrasound tech so I can't say for sure of course.
