Getting pregnant after depo , advice??

Besides getting the depo shot one time about 4 months ago (never made another appointment) me and my boyfriend don't use protection because we're ready for kids but want it to be a surprise when the time comes. last month I didn't have my period so I took one test and it was negative & I brushed it off because my period can sometimes be irregular but it always ends up coming late . now it's 36 days later and i still haven't had my period, I'm having a lot of abdominal and lower back pain , my boobs are VERY sore , my nipples are sensitive, and Way more discharge than normal for me. Could I be pregnant or could my body just be trying to get back to normal after being on depo?
