Tweak me & end my misery please 😒

My last real AF was Feb 13th, since then had 3 days of light spotting and a bunch of symptoms. Doctor won't do a blood test until I miss my next AF around April 4th. I'm afraid I have low hcg if I am indeed pregnant. Help! I'm going insane here. (Pic was within time)
