Happiness changes to depression so quickly, hcg levels were not ideal but going up, improvemts on ultrasound went from gestational sac to gestational sac and yolk, next appointment is Monday with ultrasound scheduled, sadly it won't be a happy time, I started light spotting last night, this afternoon full on bright red blood, clots/particles and severe cramping, another heartbreak after a miscarriage in march, took 8 years to get pregnant now it's this, hopefully the next time it sticks and all goes well
