Can't sleep!

Eva • My husband and I have a son who is 3 (10/5/15) and a daughter who is 1 (11/30/18) and we just found out we are expecting again!
I woke up at 230 this morning and I havent been able to go back to sleep! I tried different positions, tried different things with the covers, everything! Is there anything that helps yall get back to sleep?? I am 12 weeks and 1 day
