Sudden Acne

So today I woke up and I had huge pimples all over my cheeks that weren't there yesterday and I don't know what happened. I don't usually break out there only on my forehead and my chin so this is very strange. I have been sweating all week because I have been at field hockey camp but I don't know if it's that or something more serious. Has anyone else had a problem like this???
