Anyone here TTC with Type 2 Diabetes?

Hi! I'm 31 years old and have Type 2 Diabetes. Is there anyone here who has Type 2 Diabetes who is TTC or who has successfully conceived?  Any advice?

I got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes a month ago after TTC'ing for a year. It would definitely be great to hear from others. Pity I couldn't find a Type 2 group. I believe there is a type 1 group on the TTC board.
